Every order placed on getvapepuff.com ships free -- regardless of order value, product category, or destination region. There are no shipping tiers, no qualifying thresholds, and no promotional conditions attached. Free shipping is the default, not a perk.

Coverage: Free shipping applies to all served markets -- the European Union, United States, and Australia. Delivery is dispatched from whichever warehouse location minimizes your transit time. See Section 02 for dispatch logic.

Split Shipment

Auto-Applied When Needed

GetVapePuff operates two fulfillment origins: a primary factory-direct hub in China and localized regional warehouses in the EU, US, and Australia. When your order contains items stocked across both locations, we dispatch from each warehouse simultaneously -- creating a split shipment. This is not a delay; it is the fastest possible path for each item.

When a Split Shipment Triggers

Mixed Stock Locations

Part of your order is available at the regional warehouse; the remainder is only in-stock at our China facility. Both ship immediately from their respective origins rather than consolidating and waiting.

Partial Regional Inventory

Your regional warehouse holds some -- but not all -- of the ordered quantity for a specific SKU. Available stock ships locally; remaining units dispatch from China.

Compliance Routing

Certain products require dispatch from the hub holding the applicable market certification (TPD, TGA, etc.). Items are routed accordingly, which may result in separate packages.

What You Receive

// Multiple Tracking Numbers

Each warehouse dispatch generates its own tracking ID. You will receive separate tracking notifications for each package. This is expected and normal.

// Different Arrival Times

Packages dispatched from the regional warehouse typically arrive 2-5 business days sooner than packages dispatched from China. Staggered arrival is by design.

// Zero Extra Cost

Split shipments incur no additional shipping charge. Free shipping sitewide applies to every parcel within your order, regardless of how many packages are generated.

// Full Order Fulfilled

A split shipment is a complete fulfillment event, not a partial shipment pending resolution. All items in your order are dispatched -- just from different origins.

Q. Will I be charged extra if my order splits into two packages?

No. Free shipping is applied per order, not per package. Every parcel ships at no cost to you regardless of how many are generated.

Q. Why are my two packages arriving on different days?

Each package travels from its own dispatch origin. Your regional warehouse parcel will arrive first; the China-origin parcel follows. Both are in transit simultaneously.

Q. Do I need to do anything if my order is split?

Nothing. The split is handled automatically. You receive individual tracking notifications for each parcel. Monitor both tracking links until all packages are delivered.

Q. Can I request all items ship together from one location?

Consolidation is not available. Split shipment is the fastest fulfillment method when stock spans two locations. Consolidating would delay your entire order.
