Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and GetVapePuff ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the GetVapePuff website, mobile applications, and all associated e-commerce services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable supplemental policies referenced herein.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, including placing orders, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• ▸Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, delivery address, and valid contact details.
• ▸Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• ▸Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
• ▸Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach at support@getvapepuff.com.
• ▸Not create more than one account per individual. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.

GetVapePuff reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain fraudulent information, or are used for unlawful purposes.

GetVapePuff offers disposable vapes, vape kits, e-liquids, and accessories from verified brand partners including but not limited to ELFBAR, VOZOL, VAPSOLO, ALFAKHAR, RANDM, JNR, and MESII.

• ▸Product Descriptions: We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images and specifications. Actual product appearance, flavour profiles, and specifications may vary slightly from published descriptions.
• ▸Availability: Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or limited without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer.
• ▸Authenticity Guarantee: All products are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorised distributors. GetVapePuff performs technical screening and performance testing on all hardware prior to distribution.
• ▸Nicotine Content: Product listings display nicotine strength in compliance with local regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to verify permissible nicotine levels in their jurisdiction prior to ordering.
• ▸Regional Restrictions: Certain products may not be available for sale or shipment to specific countries, states, or territories due to regulatory restrictions. Orders destined for restricted regions will be cancelled and refunded.

Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only upon GetVapePuff's issuance of an order confirmation email.

• ▸Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled from our regional warehouses in the EU, US, or Australia, or dispatched directly from our China facilities, depending on product availability and your delivery address.
• ▸Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. GetVapePuff is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.
• ▸Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. GetVapePuff is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
• ▸Risk Transfer: Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the specified delivery address.
• ▸Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Contact support@getvapepuff.com immediately if you need to modify a recent order.

Due to the nature of consumable and nicotine-containing products, our return policy is strictly limited. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• ▸Defective Products: Products that arrive demonstrably defective or damaged in transit may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of defect is required.
• ▸Incorrect Items: Items that differ from the confirmed order may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
• ▸Non-Returnable Items: Opened e-liquids, used hardware, or products returned without original packaging are not eligible for return. Products returned in violation of health and safety regulations will not be accepted.
• ▸EU Consumer Rights: EU residents retain statutory withdrawal rights under Directive 2011/83/EU, except where products are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
• ▸Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, interface design, and software, is the property of GetVapePuff or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• ▸You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.
• ▸Brand names and trademarks (ELFBAR, VOZOL, VAPSOLO, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners. Their display on the Platform does not grant any license to use those marks.
• ▸User-submitted content (reviews, feedback) grants GetVapePuff a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GetVapePuff is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

• ▸EU Users: EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of domicile. EU residents may also access the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
• ▸Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first at legal@getvapepuff.com. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication within 30 days.
• ▸Arbitration: For non-EU users, unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an agreed arbitration body, to the exclusion of class action proceedings.

GetVapePuff reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, business operations, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated via:

• ▸Email notification to the registered account address at least 14 days prior to the effective date of material changes.
• ▸Prominent notice on the Platform homepage or at checkout.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account deletion.
