Business Days Definition: Monday through Friday only. Weekends, public holidays in the origin country, and major shopping events (11.11, Black Friday) are excluded. Delivery windows begin from the date of dispatch, not order placement.

Dispatch Timeframe: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. During major sale events or peak seasons, processing may extend to 72 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.

Age Verification
- You must be 21 years or older (USA) or 18 years or older (EU, AU, UK) to purchase from our store.
- Carriers may require government-issued photo ID upon delivery. Ensure someone eligible is present to sign.
- Orders suspected of being placed by minors will be cancelled and fully refunded without notice.
Address Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses due to carrier restrictions on vape products.
- A valid residential or commercial street address is required for all orders.
- Orders placed with unsupported address types will be cancelled and refunded within 3 business days.
Customs & Duties
- All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- If a package is returned to us because customs fees were refused, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for packages seized by customs due to local import restrictions.

Address Changes
To change your delivery address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order enters the dispatch queue, address modifications are not possible. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Order Cancellation
Cancel your order within 2 hours of payment for a full refund. After this window or once the order is marked Shipped, cancellation is not available. You would need to wait for delivery and initiate a return per our Return Policy.

Not Received
- Check with neighbors, building management, or a safe spot at your property.
- Wait 24 hours -- carrier systems sometimes update before physical delivery.
- Contact us within 7 days of the "delivered" timestamp with your order number and tracking ID.
Package Damaged
on Arrival
- Do not discard the original packaging -- retain all materials and the outer box.
- Take clear photographs of the outer packaging damage and all affected contents.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached to your claim.
Package Lost
in Transit
- If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, the package may be lost.
- Contact us to initiate a carrier investigation. Investigation takes 5-10 business days.
- If confirmed lost, we will offer a reshipment or full refund at your discretion.
